Every Les Lulú jewel is designed to accompany you through time. When it needs attention, we take care of it.

A two-year warranty

All our jewels are covered by the European legal warranty of 24 months against manufacturing and conformity defects, as provided by consumer protection law. If you find a manufacturing defect within two years of purchase, we resolve it by repairing or, when appropriate, replacing the jewel.

What it covers

The warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials present at the time of purchase. For daily care and the small marks that time and wear leave behind, you will find all our advice on the Jewelry care page.

Repairs

Beyond the two years, we continue to care for your jewels. For the most common services — closing a chain, polishing, restoring the plating — we guide you with a clear estimate before proceeding.

How to request assistance

Write to info@leslulu.com with your order number and a few photos of the jewel. We reply within 24 hours with the next steps.
