Shipping in Italy
Free shipping on every order, with delivery in 2–3 business days.
Shipping in Europe
Shipping at €5.90, free on orders of €200 or more. Delivery in 3-5 business days. We ship to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Hungary.
Canada, United Kingdom, Norway and United States
Shipping at €19.00, with delivery in 3-5 business days.
Preparation times
Jewelry in stock ships within 24 business hours of your order. For made-to-order pieces, production takes up to 4 weeks, always indicated on the product page.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you receive an e-mail with a link to follow your shipment step by step.
Size exchange
Size exchanges are free. Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@leslulu.com and we will send you the instructions.
Returns
You have 30 days from receipt to return a jewel in perfect condition and in its original packaging: simply write to info@leslulu.com. A €10 contribution toward return shipping costs applies, deducted from the refund.
Jewelry with a personalized engraving is created just for you: for this reason, returns are reserved for cases of manufacturing defects.
How to start a return
Write to info@leslulu.com with your order number (#LL…) and the reason for the return. We will reply within 24 hours with the return instructions.
