These General Terms and Conditions govern the sale of Les Lulú jewels through this website. By purchasing from our Services you accept the terms described below. We invite you to read them carefully.
1. The seller
The products are sold by Broggian Group S.r.l. (hereinafter “Les Lulú”), with registered office at Via Giovanni Battista Trombini 2, 21013 Gallarate (VA), Italy, VAT number and Tax Code 11058280964, registered with the Milan Companies Register, REA MI-2576562. 2. Scope
These terms govern the distance purchase of the products presented on the website. The contract is concluded in the Italian language.
3. Products
Each jewel is described on its product page with materials, finishes and characteristics. Images are indicative: small variations in the tone of natural gemstones and in the light are part of the uniqueness of each piece.
4. Prices
Prices are expressed in euros and include applicable VAT. Any shipping costs are indicated before order confirmation and on the Shipping and returns page.
5. Order and conclusion of the contract
An order placed through the website constitutes a purchase offer. The contract is concluded when Les Lulú confirms the order with a summary email. We reserve the right to confirm product availability before shipping.
6. Payments
Payments are made through the methods indicated at checkout, in a secure environment. The accepted methods are described on the Payment options page. Payment details are handled by the respective payment service providers.
7. Shipping and delivery
Delivery times, costs and areas are described on the Shipping and returns page, which forms an integral part of these terms.
8. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason, in accordance with the Italian Consumer Code. Les Lulú extends this period to 30 days as a commercial choice. You can exercise the right of withdrawal through the «Withdraw from the contract here» function, available in your personal Account area and on the order status page for the entire withdrawal period; if you purchased as a guest, through the link in your order confirmation email. You immediately receive a confirmation email with the text of the declaration, the date and the time. Alternatively, you can write to info@leslulu.com stating your order number. The product must be returned intact and in its original packaging. Procedures and any costs are described on the Shipping and returns page.
The right of withdrawal applies to standard products. Jewels with a personalized engraving are made to order: for these, returns remain reserved for cases of manufacturing defects.
9. Legal warranty of conformity
All jewels are covered by the European legal warranty of 24 months against conformity and manufacturing defects. Assistance and repair procedures are described on the Warranty and repairs page.
10. Intellectual property
The contents of the website — texts, images, trademarks, graphics and the Les Lulú name — belong to Broggian Group S.r.l. or their rightful owners. Use is reserved for personal consultation.
11. Liability
We are committed to providing an accurate and continuous service. Circumstances beyond our control that may affect the availability of the website or delivery times remain excepted.
12. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy policy.
13. Dispute resolution
For any need, we invite you to contact us: we always seek a shared solution. If no agreement is reached, consumers may turn to the competent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) bodies under the Italian Consumer Code. For cross-border purchases within the European Union, assistance is available through the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net).
14. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the courts of their place of residence or domicile remain competent.
